Collie Culture accepts the return of most products with the exception of custom-made products. All items must be returned in the same fashion as received (unopened and in brand new condition) to the address location of Collie Culture within 30 days of the purchase date. A restocking fee of 20% may be applied to the return.
Once we have received your return, the process to receive your refund may take 10-25 business days from the day received.

- Notify the representative of your return to receive an Order number to be associated with your return shipment.
- Make sure the Order number is included in the return shipping label or written clearly on the package like the sample below:
