DISCLAIMER: Due to high volume, there is a chance that during production the amount received isn’t exact. This can vary from either 10% more or less. Please note that by completing this order, you agree that your order can be over or under the ordered amount by 10%. In the instance you receive less than the ordered amount, we will refund the amount equal to less than your order. However, in the case you receive a surplus of the ordered amount, up to 10% above your order, you agree to pay the difference.
Our minimum order quantity for customized Mylar bags is 1,000. Those requiring bulk quantities or bag sizes that differ from our drop-down options, please reach out to us for a quote. For general pricing, please check out the shop section of our website.
Artwork
Please attach your custom design to your order, providing designs for the front, back, and bottom of the bags. If issues arise with attaching your design, please email it to info@collieculture.com be sure to include your order number with the email and that the design’s file format is PSD, Ai, PDF, PNG, JPEG.
If you are in need of a custom design, we provide design services at an additional cost. Any inquiry should email info@collieculture.com or call 323-400-6005 for more information.
Processing Time
Please allow 15 business days for all customized Mylar bags. This timeframe does not include the creation of the custom design; which is an additional 5-7 business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation outlining the order. Please verify all spellings, colors, and placement thoroughly, as once the order is confirmed no edit can be made – no design will be printed until the order has been confirmed.
Corners.
Our standard Mylar bags have rounded corners, please make note if your order preference differs.
Shipping
Custom Mylar bags are not subjected to free shipping, additional fees are applied.
Finish
Gloss – Glossy finish.
Matte – Traditional matte finish.
Soft-touch – Matte with a premium smooth finish. (please see Cookies style bags.)
